Includes

Includes are managed internally, If there is a change you need made to the includes currently included with your profile please reach out to your account rep. Below is the list of available includes for our "Person Search/Teaser/Reverse phone" & "Background Report"

  • Addresses: Include Addresses for individual returned in the search.
    • AKAs: Include AKA/Alias's for individuals returned in the search.
    • AssociatesSummary: Will include associates for individual returned in the search.
    • BusinessRecords Will included business records associated with individual returned in search.
    • DatesOfBirth: Includes date of death if there is one for individual returned in the search
    • DatesOfDeath: Includes date of death if there is one for individual returned in the search
    • Death Records: Will check for available death records for individuals returned in the search.
    • DebtV2Records: Will Include BK, Liens, & Judgement for individuals returned in the search.
    • EmailAddresses: Includes email addresses for individuals returned in the search.
    • EvictionRecords Includes eviction records for individuals returned in the search.
    • ForeclosureRecords Includes foreclosure records for individuals returned in the search.
    • MergedNames This is a combination of Names & AKA's.
    • Neighbors Includes neighbors of the individual returned in the search.
    • NeighborSummary: Will include neighbors for individual returned in the search.
    • PhoneNumbers Includes phone numbers for individual returned in the search.
    • ProfessionalLicenseRecords Includes professional license's for individual returned in the search.
    • PropertyRecords Includes properties owned by individual returned in the search.
    • Relatives Will include relatives for individual returned in the search and detailed address and phone number history for each relative.
    • RelativesSummary: Will include relatives for individual returned in the search and their most recent contact information.
    • Workplace Will include possible workplace records for individual returned in the search.
    • Marriage Will return any marriage records associated with the individual returned in the search.
    • Divorce Will return any divorce records associated with the individual returned in the search.
    • FeinRecords Will returned any possible business associations with the individual returned in the search.
    • CriminalV2Records Will provide any criminal records associated with the individual returned in
      the search.
    • DeaRecords Will provide any DEA records associated with the individual returned in the search.
    • VehicleOwnership Will provide historical Vehicle Ownership records.
    • Indicators: Will include indicators for individual returned in the search(please reference indicator section of API Doc).
